Why did I not install a cooker in my van? 

Hopefully I answer this question in detail! If you have any follow up Qus let me know below 

Of course there are times when I miss an oven, I had home made cake from a van oven at a festival the other day and I thought wow this is a luxury I like. But then I remembered I never baked in a house 😂  Totally personal preference! If you’re a big cook then I imagine you’d want something more but this works perfectly for me, and 3 years later I’m still so grateful for the extra space a portable stove has given me

thank you @cadacdometicuk for sending me this beautiful hob. It is the 2 Cook 3 Pro Deluxe QR, with 2 cook dome (green lid) and Paella Pan 30

I am genuinely in love with it, this is a total upgrade for me! It has a back and it comes with wind shields to add on the sides too, so I’m totally protected from the wind. The gas cartridges on this are bigger so last longer but still small enough to pack away 

This carry case is so lovely, it’s got lots of internal pockets and section to put everything in, which makes sliding it back under the bed for the day so easy. The grill and flat pan are really easy to clean and nothing has stuck to them so far. The flame is also so powerful! On my other one it would cut out if it got too low so I only ever had the option of high or medium flame but this covers everything. Couldn’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for a 2 burner for your van, or camping!
