Both "Big Thumb, Beach, Moon, Decaying Bird" (top image) and "Eggs on the Plate without the Plate" (bottom image) reimagine the traditional still life through Salvador Dalí's surreal lens.

In the first, mysterious forms stretch across a richly textured Mediterranean beach, blurring the line between recognizable objects and imagined ones. A few years later, Dalí pushes that idea even further, placing everyday objects into impossible situations—an egg suspended by a string, an impossibly long ear of corn hanging against a wall.

From ambiguous forms to impossible realities, Dalí invites us to question what we're really seeing—and discover the unexpected within the familiar.
