Affordable housing demand remains strong, while new supply is extremely limited. When operated well, parks can produce stable cash flow and meaningful value through operational improvements.

2. Self-Storage
Simple operations, relatively low maintenance, and demand that holds up across different economic cycles make storage a resilient asset class.

3. RV Parks
Flexible revenue streams and lower infrastructure costs can create attractive returns, particularly in markets with consistent travel and workforce housing demand.

4. Single-Family Rentals
A proven long-term investment that provides steady income, although scalability and operating efficiency can be more challenging than commercial assets.

5. Essential Service Retail
Tenants providing everyday necessities often generate dependable rental income through long-term leases.

The lesson isn't that one asset class is "best."
