You’re looking at homes that were moved from Elm and Franklin to make way for the Opera Plaza development.

We can date this image to November 1974 thanks to campaign signs for George Duesdieker, Vincent Hallinan, John Reardon and Terrance Faulkner. On the left, 224-226 Elm Street was moved to 1030 Broderick Steeet that month.
