“I love working with the students and being part of a unique once-in-a-lifetime community and experience.  No program or group is ever the same. And most importantly, it's so freakin fun!

I think the role of leader is unique, I am not a teacher or a parent - because of this, I have the opportunity to learn all about each student and support them in their growth in a way that is different from other adults in their life. I love watching a student discover parts of themself that come to life in a new environment. 

I think there is a lot of value in learning experientially and relationally. I come back to lead Putney programs again and again because they value cultivating community, growth, and exploration on programs.”
