Spring energy is exactly what I needed. 🌷The weather’s been so much nicer lately, and it’s been making my lifts and mindset feel 10x lighter. ☀️🤞I’ve been super consistent with cardio and abs, and I can finally see the difference—and yes, a cute outfit always hits harder in the gym.

I’ve also started taking hydration seriously for the first time, and it’s wild how much it’s helping. Little changes, big impact. There are still some health things I’m working through (not gym-related), but I’m doing my best to stay on track and not let it hold me back. 💯

New season, new mindset, same hustle.
