-Looking back, I’m so grateful I committed to going to the gym as much as I did. When I see old videos or pictures, I can’t help but laugh at how far I’ve come—not just physically, but in every aspect of my life. A huge part of that growth is thanks to my fitness journey. 🫶

-The gym taught me what it truly means to have drive, dedication, and perseverance. Showing up for yourself every day, even when it’s hard, is no small feat—and it’s something I used to struggle with.

-Through all the highs and lows, the gym has been my one constant, and for that, I’m forever grateful. My Instagram started as a way to track my progress, but it’s grown into a space to inspire others. Knowing how much fitness transformed my life, I want to share that it can do the same for others. At a time when I was battling my mental health, the gym became my sanctuary, my biggest source of healing. ☮️

-If there’s one thing I hope you take from this, it’s this: don’t give up. No matter where you are or what you’re facing, you will find your way, and you can overcome whatever battles you’re fighting.❤️
