-It’s crazy to think that my Friday nights used to look so different. I would go out 2x a week sometimes even more & the party scene was always on my agenda. Now I will go to the occasional bar but my priorities are on the gym & my career and I’ve never been happier. It’s totally okay to have that lifestyle, it was mine for so long, but at a point you almost out grown it. You appreciate those memories but your focus is on other things. And that comes with time & growth and looks completely different depending on the person. 

-I really am proud of all the growth I’ve seen but I do give credit to a lifestyle change. Even the smallest of changes can make a huge difference in your life you just have to want it enough. 💕
