-this workout was pretty solid. I’ve been to many gyms in my life but something about @alphafitnessnj gym hits different. Don’t know if it’s the lighting or the setup but I unfortunately cannot manage a 40+ minute commute for a gym 😭 either way whenever I am here it’s always a great time.  Definitely seeing a lot more definition than size which is exactly what i’ve been trying to do. Another leg day today so I’m quite excited.
