chest & back 9.25.24

-I went straight from class to the gym which is like the most elite combo. today’s super busy so i’m very excited about that. for this particular lift I ended up just doing 3 exercises for chest and then back when I normally do 4. 

-I also hope you guys don’t get bored of the parking lot flex poses 😭 I’m not changing that because 1.) my school gym has an AWFUL policy about filming on the gym floor & inside, SO this is my alternative. It still looks pretty cool & aesthetic, in my opinion. Only downside a lot of my pump is done by the time I get there. Maybe I’m #delulu because I haven’t noticed a few changes that make me believe I’m getting strong but am also not putting on too much size. What are your gym goals right now? 

-Final thing: THESE SHORTS. IM IN LOVE 💘 I’m not kidding I have them in like 7 colors. So I highly reccomend them. They are extremely flattering, afortable, and comfortable.
