the view leaving the gym 🌅

-both of these were only 8 minutes apart. just goes to show you how something can change in just a short amount of time. I ended up only doing 3 back and 3 chest exercises when I normally do 4. I was feeling a lot more fatigued and was kinda beating myself up over it. Normally I’m able to push more but doing different machines had me really pushing myself in a different way. I felt very lame actually for calling it short and then leaving the gym I saw the sky. They say a sunset is one of God’s miracles & I honestly felt that. A wave of relief and comfort & solace that I tried my best came over me. It reminded me to be grateful that I could even get up and go to the gym. Overall it was so beautiful & just made me feel so much better ✝️. 

-the gym always cheers me up however there are some days I feel leaving with regret and that maybe I could have gone harder. Today reminded me that it’s okay to walk away with regrets but not to dwell on them.
