-today’s lift was pretty good honestly. I tried a few new exercises I don’t normally do and felt a huge difference. Definitely going to add some into my routine. Today my muscle mind connection felt so good and I really felt more in tune with form, slow and controlled motions, breathing, and my overall body. 🧠
