arms & shoulders 9.6.24 💪🏻

-something about parking lot lighting just hits. anywho I actually was debating about skipping today… CRAZY 🤯 ik. was feeling a little worn out from the week but nothing a @monsterenergy can’t fix. anywho the lift was amazing and first week of classes went great.

-I used to be a person who would go out every single weekend. As I’ve gotten older I’ve just found my priorities in a different place. Don’t get me wrong I’ll still go out to a bar from time to time but I will always prioritize a lift. My life mainly consists of work, school, & the gym. I’ve found so much comfort, peace, and so much growth. If you told myself 2.5 years ago that on a Friday night I’d be in a parking lot flexing I probably would have laughed. 😂
