-CHEST & BACK 7.6.24

-today’s lift was awesome. genuinely felt sm stronger since I’ve been actually fueling my body more. I was also surprised since I did take a few days off for the holidays. I was also benching 115 & it felt light. 🤭 ended the workout with 45 min of abs and it was phenomenal!!
