-i know life can sometimes seem like it’s hitting you from all types of directions & you may feel lost. i promise you it will pass. i truly believe everything happens for a reason. you are strong. you are enough. and you are going to do amazing things in the future. believe in yourself and you can accomplish almost anything. ❤️

fun fact: this week has been the most mentally and physically exhausting that i’ve had in a very long time and it’s shaken my normal routine. it’s a sunday and i’m hitting arms & shoulders 😭. i’ve been trying to my best to handle it all but at times it’s overwhelming but that’s okay. each step is closer to the right direction.
