-overall i’ve been actually taking it a lot lighter than i normally do and rlly focusing on form. also started incorporating a lot more pull ups into my routine and LOVE the results i’ve seen. today’s reminder is to not be afraid to try something new. failure leads to growth & when it comes to the gym you are constantly learning 🤍
