The Dell Pro 7 14 AMD packs the Ryzen AI 9 HX PRO 470 into a 2.8-pound 14-inch body, and its faster LPDDR5x-8533 memory lets it beat its larger Pro 5 16 sibling in local AI, Blender, and every AI text-generation test we ran, with a 19.5-hour battery to match. The catches: the thinner chassis limits sustained multi-core work, and the SSD was the slowest of the four Dell units we tested.
