We are in the second week of our lineage campaign.

The 81st Troop Command provides command, control and support of subordinate units during peacetime training and domestic operations, for non-divisional units of the Indiana National Guard, in order to maintain readiness and task proficiency. All assigned warriors and units are prepared to rapidly deploy in order to successfully execute missions supporting both the overseas contingency operation and the defense support of civil authorities.

The sharp, predatory aesthetic of the bald eagle made it a perfect centerpiece for this poster. The bald eagle represents strength, courage, freedom and immortality for generations, complimenting the "War Eagles" motto. The simple, clean lines showcase the eagle’s the strength and power it possesses, symbolic of the strong leadership and various skills encompassed by the 81st Troop Command.
