I’ve shared bits and pieces of why I started Photos by Trev over the years, but I’ve never shared the full story or the deeper meaning behind it all.

So I finally put it into words.

I created a page on my website called “Why Photos by Trev.” Throughout the page, you’ll find so many tributes to the people I love woven into it. Some are obvious, while others are little details that have shaped who I am and why this business exists.

This page isn’t just about photography. It’s about family, memories, and the moments that remind us why preserving them matters.

At the end, I included a collection of some of my favorite photos—memories I’ll never lose or forget because someone chose to capture them.
