Savannah State baseball player Johan Sandoval is sharing his story after spending nearly two weeks in ICE custody.

The reigning HBCU All-Star Game MVP described the traffic stop that led to his arrest, the difficult first days of his detention and the uncertainty he continues to face following his release on bond.

Despite everything, Sandoval still hopes to return to Savannah State and resume his academic and baseball career.
