🍂 Cozy mornings always make me think of Fall in the cottage, and these Apple Spiced Pancakes made it the perfect faux Fall morning.

🍎 Here’s what you need to try this at home:

Pancakes:
1 1/2 cups of flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/4 cups milk
3 tbsp butter or neutral oil
1 large egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp allspice

Spiced Apple Compote:
1 large apple (cubed)
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 lemon (juiced)
