Meet our Breakfast Beef Wellington, because regular bacon and eggs simply weren’t dramatic enough. 🤤

We start with a center-cut beef tenderloin, seasoned generously and seared hard to create a deeply caramelized crust while keeping the center beautifully medium-rare. It’s layered with silky soft-scrambled eggs and crispy smoked bacon, then carefully wrapped in buttery puff pastry.

The Wellington is brushed with egg wash and baked until the outside is golden, glossy and impossibly flaky. We slice it open to reveal that perfect pink center, then serve it with rosemary-roasted fingerling potatoes, dressed greens and a rich beef demi-glace.

Steak, eggs, bacon and pastry all in one bite. This isn’t breakfast. It’s a full-blown morning event. 🔥
