Two legendary cuisines meet for one wildly indulgent Ethos menu. 🔥

🍕 Wood-fired Mexican pizza with roasted tomatillo sauce, Oaxaca cheese, chorizo, charred corn, jalapeños, pickled onions, cilantro, and avocado crema.

🧀 Golden chile relleno arancini filled with creamy risotto, roasted poblano, chorizo, and molten cheese over salsa roja and Parmesan crema.

🍝 Elote carbonara with silky bucatini, egg yolk, pecorino, crispy pork, roasted corn, cotija, cilantro, and chile.

🌶️ Birria pappardelle tangled with slow-braised beef, chile consommé, melted cheese, onion, cilantro, radish, and chile oil.

🥩 Cowboy ribeye sliced over smoky mole negro with crema, edible flowers, and gold.
