## Caption

My coach friend saw that I needed to improve my forehand contact point. That I need to consistently "square" my racket face. Benefits as I've been told are as follows:

1. Increased power/Cleaner contact - been told that aligning the racket face properly at contact maximizes the transfer of energy, which will allow me to hit with more force.
 
2. Better control: A square racket face helps direct the ball more accurately, improving shot placement.

3. Consistency:  My forehand becomes more reliable, reducing mishits or unintentional spins.
