Knee support, ice but......
tennis must go on! Haha 🎾

For context, he's played various sports (basketball, tennis,soccer) as a child and sustained torn meniscus eventually, leading to surgery (just a year ago). He's doing physio and ultimately the goal is to be better and play for 30 more years folks! 

This is a personal perspective on what tennis in his 40s looks like. Icing does not take place every game but "as needed". If you have a different view of what it should be like in your 40s, that's fine—everyone's journey is unique, and we aren't all the same.
