3 Big PF Changes Every Employee Should Know.

1️⃣ Higher instant withdrawals: Eligible employees can now auto-settle PF claims of up to ₹5 lakh in around 3 days for medical, education, marriage, or housing needs.

2️⃣ New resignation rules: After leaving your job, you can withdraw 75% of your PF immediately, but 25% stays locked for a year, and your EPS (pension) balance must be transferred to your next employer instead of being withdrawn.

3️⃣ Easier access for some employees: If you're 55+ or lose your job unexpectedly, you can withdraw 100% of your PF balance without the 25% lock-in (though pension rules remain separate).
