I’ve been dreaming about charbroiled oysters and gumbo ever since I left New Orleans 😩 One of the highlights of my first trip was taking a class at the New Orleans School of Cooking. Ms. Gayle made learning about Louisiana cuisine so much fun, and the crab and corn bisque plus those pralines? Absolutely worth the hype.
