Progress isn’t made in one workout it’s built through the discipline of showing up, one rep, one pose, one day at a time. 💪🏼✨

I’m seeing the changes, and I’m grateful for every small sign of progress. Every leg and glute day is bringing me one step closer to the stage✨✨✨✨✨

I’m naturally pretty shy when it comes to showing my body, so posing practice is about more than presentation for me. It’s teaching me to step outside my comfort zone, become more confident, and get comfortable being seen in front of an audience and judges.

I’m also prioritizing my lymphatic health, recovery, and practitioner-grade supplements to complement the work I’m putting in at the gym.

This journey is humbling, but I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and preparing for what’s ahead. 🤍
