The Spider-Man star has shared a fresh update on the long-awaited biopic, revealing he'll be heading straight back to the dance studio once he's finished promoting The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day.⁠

Holland admitted his first rehearsals left him feeling both "excitement and absolute dread" as he prepares to take on the iconic performer.⁠

"I did my first few rehearsals recently, and it both filled me with excitement and absolute dread because I've got so much work to do to try and do Fred proud."⁠

He also said he wants to perform every dance himself, without using doubles, and hopes to film the routines in single takes, saying that's "how [Astaire] would have done it".⁠
