Split steps versus split stop?! So clever but true! I’m trying to implement more footwork but it’s hard to practice that solo. How do you practice tennis without a partner? Of course I love my ball machine and haven’t used it to its full capacity yet- you can stack shots that will move you throughout the court and vary the depth, speed, spin etc but we aren’t there yet.
