Happy Sexy Saturday my beautiful people! 
Day 4. Treadmill. Audible. And a message I needed to share with you. 🙏🏾🔥

This morning at my altar something hit me that I couldn’t keep to myself —

“Be grateful for your life TODAY.” Not the life you’re working toward. Not the life you had. “THIS one. Right now. As is.

AND — understand that it is absolutely okay to change your paradigm when life starts to feel stale. Those two things can exist at the same time. Gratitude and growth are not opposites. 👑

I also want to talk about that quote on my gym wall — the one I’ve been walking past for 6 or 7 years.

“Don’t be afraid to work hard enough to find out how good you can really be.”

Here’s the thing. That quote didn’t change. “I changed”.

The inner work I’ve done on myself — the healing, the coaching, the shadow work, the spiritual practice — that’s what allowed me to finally FEEL those words instead of just read them. The inside work unlocked the outside work. And that’s exactly why I’m on this treadmill right now at Day 4. 💪🏾
