From Raleigh, North Carolina to Woodbridge, Virginia… the journey continues. 🚙✨

Before moving on to the next stop, I have to pause and say thank you, Raleigh.

Thank you for the community that welcomed me, the connections that were made, and the reminder that this journey is about so much more than the sound baths themselves. I only wish I had more time with you!

Then it was time to head to Woodbridge, Virginia… where I was about to meet another person who would quickly become part of this journey.

One of the funny things about traveling this way is how often a “stranger” becomes a friend almost instantly.

I arrived, and within moments it felt like we had known each other for years. We shared stories, talked about where we are in life, and immediately started preparing the space for the sound bath happening the next evening.

There was also a very important discovery… her incredible calf and foot massager. 😂 After all the driving, it became a road trip favorite and was definitely used on repeat.

This journey continues to remind me that connection doesn’t always need years of history. Sometimes it just takes openness, curiosity, and two people willing to share a little bit of their story.

From Raleigh to Woodbridge, the people along this path have been one of the greatest gifts. @debbies.oakley
