From Highlands, North Carolina to Raleigh, North Carolina…

One of the most unexpected gifts of this trip has been witnessing how much the Sound Healing community has shown up to support this vision.

As I made my way to Raleigh, I stopped at a little coffee shop called Seekers along the way. A quiet moment to pause, enjoy one of the best cold brews I’ve had in a long time, and take in the transition between destinations.

Then it was time for Sound Bath number two.

I have to give a huge thank you to @leeann_anderson_  for helping bring this experience to life. She shared her community, helped me find the perfect space at @studio.1104 , and welcomed SoundEmbrace into Raleigh with so much kindness.

And another incredible moment on this journey was staying with my former student Emily. @thereallifebeauty . We had never actually met in person outside of the SoundEmbrace Certification Program, yet she trusted me enough to open her home to me while she and her family were away.

That kind of support and generosity is something I don’t take lightly. 🫶

This journey has been a reminder that the connections we create through this work are so much deeper than a single session. They become friendships, collaborations, and reminders that we are never really walking the path alone.

Raleigh was another beautiful reminder that when you follow the calling, the right people have a way of appearing at the right time.

Grateful for this community, this journey, and everyone who continues to believe in what SoundEmbrace is becoming.
