megmagiera  is the Art Director at indsportscorp , where she took a vision for a women's creative summit and connected it directly to her organization's goal of making Indianapolis the epicenter of women's sports. That alignment is what got the yes. What came next was two years of building something from nothing, selling sponsors on an event that didn't exist yet, and growing She Creates Sports Summit into a sold-out room with a four-year plan to land at the Women's Final Four in 2028.
