not me getting emotional over exercise 🥲 but genuinely so proud of how far i’ve come. movement used to feel like this huge intimidating thing, and now it’s just… normal. part of my week, something i actually look forward to and keeps me sane most weeks

it didn’t happen overnight but somewhere along the way running + pilates + lifting stopped being a chore and started being mine
