What started as walking into houses as a pnm to finding my home at Tri Delta has been nothing short of perfect! The women of Tri Delta have encouraged me, challenged me, and loved me so well, and getting to give that same experience to PC ‘26 is the greatest honor. Recruitment is so much more than a week of conversations, it’s about finding the people who will celebrate your highs, support you through your lows, and become your forever home. Our team has poured so much love, prayer, preparation, and heart into this year, and I cannot wait to welcome each of you with open arms.
