#TSRTrialWatch: #Roomies, today during court prosecutors introduced text messages that reveal more about the relationship between singer #D4vd, and #CelesteRivasHernandez before her death. According to apnews, during D4vd’s preliminary hearing, prosecutors presented text messages from January 2024 showing the pair discussing a pregnancy and abortion.

In the exchange, he apologized multiple times, writing that he was sorry for “putting her through this. Hernandez responded that “It’s okay,” adding that neither of them was capable of raising a baby and that ending the pregnancy was “For the best.” When the singer later asked if the pregnancy was his, she replied, “Of course it’s yours.”

The messages were presented as prosecutors continued laying out their case, alleging Burke began a sexual relationship with Hernandez when she was 13 and he was 18. They claim he later fatally stabbed her after she allegedly threatened to expose their years-long relationship, which prosecutors say could have damaged his career.

Investigators also showed the court photos recovered from the singer’s iPhone, including images of the pair together, while additional text messages reportedly discussed contraception and pregnancy.
