Janel Grant's lawsuit against WWE and Vince McMahon has been formally dismissed. A Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal was filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, stating the action and all claims "are hereby dismissed with prejudice, but without prejudice as to the Parties' rights to pursue their claims and defenses in arbitration." The filing, signed by Grant's attorney Ann Callis, ends the federal court case, with the claims continuing in private arbitration.
