Want to upgrade your practice? Find a tennis wall, or any wall, and you can practice solo! It’s a great way to work on technique and consistency while also simulating a rally! 🎾

I like to focus on my forehand stroke, but especially my backhand stroke which requires more practice. But I love a challenge! So until I get better, I’ll alternate forehand and backhand strokes. Then I like to practice volleys, which is hitting the ball before it touches the ground. It’s tough but I like how it literally keeps me on my toes! 

I like to finish off my practice with a mix of everything, so it feels like a rally. It’s such a fun full-body workout. 💪🏼I love how it works on my coordination and keeps me mentally calm and focused. 😌After tennis, I always feel amazing afterwards. 🙌🏼
