I decided for the last 30 days to lock in Real Talk and I did all the things I needed to do….. I changed my eating habits, big protein no carbs added in my farmasiusa protein shake … apple cider.. Creatine!!

I  got serious about ME…. I Consistently walked 30 minutes at least daily 

My 3 products I know did the trick…

Pre workout kept me wanting to move .. farmasi has the best!!

I decided to go all in on not just my Body.. but my Mindset and my skin I used my Lumi Bright skin care line .. Retinol and vitamin C 

 I really did the 30303 and oh I’m still doing it by the way .. Today you must submit your pictures 30303challenge.com

 interesting thing is my mom literally called me a Bishhh  every day in my life so this all may be offensive to you but this motivation to me don’t forget we kick off a new 30303 August 3
