3 months in on my journey with @lumivitawellspa and this morning it is officially time to check the numbers 👀

I began my GLP-1 and peptide wellness journey back in April, and while this may not me for everyone, I can personally say I have seen such a difference in things like my energy levels and just the way I feel overall. For me, this journey has been about supporting the habits I’m already building and actually understanding what’s changing in my body along the way.

The progress is progress-ingggg 😌 I’m happy about the number on the scale, but what I’m even more excited about is how my overall health has improved.
