I’ve been dreaming about charbroiled oysters and gumbo since I got back from New Orleans 😩

As a first-time visitor, the @neworleansschoolofcooking was the perfect introduction to Louisiana cuisine. Ms. Gayle made the class equal parts entertaining and educational, and getting to taste everything from crab and corn bisque to some of the best pralines I’ve ever had made it even better.
