Pilates After Dark was so much more than my first wellness oriented event… It was my very first time teaching everything I’ve learned through my training with neupilates, and getting to share that with a room full of incredible women is something I’ll never forget.

We moved our bodies. We embraced our femininity. We had honest conversations about confidence, female sexual health, and wellness. We poured into one another, laughed, learned, and reminded ourselves that taking care of ourselves isn’t selfish.
