When dougdoesdelicious and I decided to throw a finale watch party for foodnetwork #100COOKS, you know we had to go big! While it wasn’t the outcome I wanted, I’m honored to have made it as one of the top 5 home cooks in America! I got to cook some of my favorite recipes and I am so proud to have showcased my Asian heritage! What recipe from the show was your favorite?! 

Thank you to everyone who has DM’d, messaged, called, texted during the first season of this incredible show! It was the ride of a lifetime and your support means the world to me 🙏🏻❤️

Spoiler alert: I lost 🥲 

My rock and the one who helped me prep and get through the most intense two weeks of filming! ILYSM ❤️

Our huge spread! The highlight was definitely the imperiacaviar station - use CHRIS15 for a discount off any order! 

My friend Brittni at betchincakes made the coolest custom cake that had cake toppers of Doug and I! It was incredible and so much fun! 

And of course we had to include our favorites mini_kabob jollibeeus brodardrestaurant and the best ice cream in LA henryssecreticecream for dessert! 

Watching with friends of almost 15 years who tuned in the whole season made this extra special! 

Caviar bumps are a must imperiacaviar 

We made it to the finale!

So grateful to have my friend Mike (who I’ve known since Kindergarten!) and his wife Brittni (betchincakes baked the most incredible cake I have ever seen) celebrate with me! 

Bucket list complete: terrycrews saying my dish was one of the most beautiful he’s ever seen in his life 🙏🏻

My incredibly supportive neighbors (and my impromptu taste testers) drove across town to make it!

Glad my brother and his fiance could make it and celebrate!

dougdoesdelicious graciously opened up his rooftop for the screening and the sunset was an incredible backdrop for the finale!

Some of these edits and my facial expressions were absolutely hilarious (I was SO tired from filming 14 hours days for 2 weeks straight!)

GO GAUCHOS!

The dish I was most proud of on the show were my fried shrimp dumplings. I’m so glad I got to make dim sum on the show and it instantly brought me back to the time I spent with my Nen-Nen and Yeh-
