→ Ingredients

Ice cubes
40ml Absolut Elyx vodka
25ml beetroot juice
10ml ginger juice
20ml lemon juice
15ml maple syrup

Garnish: A twist of lemon zest

→ How to make it

1. Add the vodka, beetroot juice, ginger juice, lemon juice and maple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.

2. Shake hard and strain into a chilled coupe (or martini glass).

3. Garnish with the twist of lemon and serve ✨
