“Starting my freshman year, I had no idea what was in store. Looking back, I couldn’t imagine Chi O not being the biggest blessing of my year! I came into rush out of state, not knowing anything or anyone! Chi O was the first house I went into and the last, from the second I went in, I knew where I wanted to be. During rush, I used the best piece of advice I was given: to look around the room and observe the expressions on everyone’s faces. This couldn’t have been better shown throughout recruitment in Chi O. Looking around that room every single round of rush, I couldn’t help but smile; seeing how much this sisterhood meant to every one of these girls was powerfully conveyed by the emotions in the room.
