I had the pleasure of attending an exclusive culinary experience at thestanthonyhotel, where a four-course, chef-curated menu was perfectly paired with award-winning spirits from Still Austin Whiskey Co.

Highlights included grilled quail, Bourbon Vanilla Lobster Bisque, a perfectly cooked Texas Wagyu striploin, and a beautiful Summer Berry Tarte. Every course was paired with a guided tasting of Still Austin’s Rye, Cask Strength Bourbon, Cask Strength Rye, and Gin.

The food, the whiskey, and the beautiful setting at The Gallery at the Park inside The St. Anthony Hotel made for a truly memorable evening.
