Some iconic restaurants that are must visit when in Vail, CO are:
- alpenrose_vail - German cuisine with a beautiful outdoor patio onlooking the Main Street. I have been here a few times and always look forward to coming back. Our personal favorites are the schnitzel, German beer and mini beers

- sweetbasilvail- A Michelin recommended restaurant that has a back patio along the river and delicious New American cuisine and cocktails. Highly recommend the dessert here too!

- matsuhisavail- sushi with a Peruvian twist, exceptional service, great views and some of the best sushi I have had in Colorado
