the eldest daughter role isn’t for everyone! 🤣 it meant being responsible before i even understood what it meant.

the role comes with pros: younger siblings, being dependable, empathetic, leadership qualities

and cons: people pleasing, having to learn how to set boundaries

the role chose me, i guess… but learning that choosing yourself isn’t selfish is still hard, albeit necessary!
