recently finished the big leap by gay hendricks… and he basically says we’re not stuck, we’re just comfortable 🫠

• we stay in our zone of excellence: doing what we’re good at and getting rewarded for it

• while avoiding our zone of genius: where our natural gifts, purpose, and highest value work meet

• upper limit is that invisible ceiling where we self sabotage just to return to what feels familiar

what i took from the book is awareness is the shift! 💫
